Inelco Belt Misalignment Detector
Designed to prevent the conveyor belt from drifting too far, which could cause damage to the belt. When the conveyor belt drifts during start-up, or heavy load conditions, the edge of the belt will press against the BM-3 roller and send a warning contact to operate at 10° and then a trip contact to operate at 20°.
Inelco Belt Rip Detector
Withstands the toughest conditions that typically exist on conveyor belts – including dust, mud, and chemicals. On belt rip detection, the pin is pulled from its springloaded bearing position to activate the switch. The belt rip detector is supplied with a complete installation kit, including chain or cable.
Inelco Belt Speed Detector
Designed to monitor the speed of conveyor belts and detect under-speed or drive pulley slip conditions. The belt will trip on slip detection, and it can also be used as a sequence switch to signal the start of an in-bay belt when the out-bay belt is up to speed.
Inelco RBS Return Belt Spillage Detector
Designed to detect tears that occur in the feed belt of a conveyor belt. Material spillage fallen onto the return belt causes the catch plate to tilt back. A magnet attached to the catch plate is aligned with a proximity switch wired into the signal line which will stop the belt immediately.
Inelco Signal Line Control Relay
Designed to provide reliable and effective conveyor control with simple monitoring via the 2 wire signal line. The SLC2 relay is fail safe in that, should you lose the auxiliary power supply the relay contacts will go to the trip position.
