This month, Lasrust Enterprises celebrates its 30th birthday! In mark this occasion, we’d like to thank you for your years of support with a note from our Managing Director Philip Wetzlar.
“My dad would have been so proud. Reaching 30 years in business for a family company has to be something to be proud of and sadly he is not here for this milestone. From our humble roots of an industrial lighting-based company, to an electrical wholesaler, to a focused partner driven business after unbundling the company and pulling out the industrial lighting, and giving birth to our sister company Mabone LED Consultants, we have moved with the times.
I feel adaptability is our strength. Being able to read the market and adjust where we need to whilst maintaining the absolute focus required us to grow and be sustainable. None of this would be possible without our loyal and dedicated staff (I like to think of them as my extended family) adapting with every move whilst ensuring relationships, customer service and our reliability is still achieved.
It is also the loyalty of our customer base that we need to be thankful for because without them the business would not succeed, and finally our partner network. These are the guys who see value in us as a company and see the value we can bring to the market representing them. It is a critical partnership, one we do not take for granted, but also one we are proud of. Moving beyond the 30-year milestone I would like Lasrust to continue being a family orientated company, building on the solid foundation created by my dad. We will be focused on the upliftment and development of our staff, giving them the tools to adapt and grow in what has become a very challenging economic environment.
To all our customers, we will strive to always maintain the high standards required to offer dependable and reliable service, built on trust and honesty and to provide a more complete solution offering to cater for all your needs. Lastly, to our strategic partners we will continue valuing our relationship and strive to reach new highs increasing our product knowledge and growing our footprint in the market.”
