The Problem:
One of our customers in the Northwest recently contacted us to update their safety devices on the surface main, cross, and waste conveyors. So, we partnered with Inelco International to provide the customer with a locally manufactured product, and a self-monitoring system on our mobile demo trailer.
The Solution:
We conducted a full site audit of the 3 surface conveyors, and then provided our client with a detailed and mapped report for surface and underground conveyor safety and monitoring systems. The goal was to ensure that the customer only needs to hold stock of one certified product for both these environments.
The Outcome:
Oh, it was love at first sight! When we arrived on site and started with the setup, the client immediately started asking questions and showing interest. Needless to say, they were very pleased with the solution, and they are currently in the process of procurement.
